Marwa Muhammad is an AI-first product leader who helps tech companies close the PM-engineering speed gap that’s stalling growth in the AI era. With 15+ years turning ambiguous ideas into validated, user-tested products, she drives measurable outcomes for startups and global firms like Circle, T-Mobile, and others across fintech, SaaS, consumer apps, robotics, and emerging tech.

As Founder of Nokshi, she partners with ambitious leaders who believe AI will reshape their industry but lack mature in-house AI capabilities. Through fractional product strategy, hands-on execution, and PM upskilling, she helps teams validate ideas as fast as AI-native engineers can ship them. Her recent work includes upskilling 140 PMs in AI-first methodologies at a multinational company and boosting user engagement by 22% at Circle (IPO, 2025).

A mentor with 500 Global across North America, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Japan, Marwa also teaches top-rated product courses on Maven and Udemy.
